Idil is the founder and the creative director of Iz-type. After having an architecture education at Pratt Institute in New York, she moved to Milan where she graduated from Master of Business Design at Domus Academy and worked at world-renowned architecture and design studios. The diverse nature of her educational background and years of professional experiences in different countries merged with contemporary cultures, make up her interdisciplinary practice today. Together with Iz-type, she is currently continuing a P.hD. Program on Architectural Design Computing at Istanbul Technical University.
